Damn you, Sunday. DAMN YOU. I need better titles.

I mean, I could use the standard dates and just time stamp everything with "November Xth, 2011" but yeah, that's not as fun. So, I'll continue to stick with complete and utter nonsense with maybe a little bit of reference to the actual post content. So yes, it is November 13th, and the precious weekend IS over, but there were quite a few things that happened that I might as well discuss and rant about (Because you guys love that, don't you?). First things first, as is the core subject of this blog, I'll talk about the new episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic as it was a rather good one in my books, or at least better than 'Sisterhooves' (Meeeeeeeeeeeeh). I mean, the Cutie Mark Crusaders aren't my favourite characters, and this was barely an episode about them, but more of an episode about Applebloom whom I feel neutral for anyways. It did have some clever parts, and Applebloom did sound humorous with that chipped tooth. Zecora's always been a pretty cool character and I'm still amazed they can keep the originality with her rhyming ability (Because I would jump out the nearest window if tasked with writing for such a character). The best part (for me) would be the background ponies initiating the Ponyville Quarantine and Pinkie Pie. That entire corncake admission of guilt was just hilarious. Best facial expressions EVER. You can check out that scene below. BOOM, VIDEO.

Come on, it made you smile, and if it didn't, you're a heartless bastard who I have no time for. BUT THE QUESTION DOES REMAIN: How many corncakes did she actually eat!? Judging by that wailing, far, far too many for one pony. Oh Pinkie, you so funneh.

Probably why she's my second favourite, behind Twilight Sparkle (WHO IS BEST PONY, NO ARGUMENTS). All the characters are so damn awesome, though. /end fangasm

Okay, okay, regain your cool, Whitbane. Awesome. You may have been wondering from my comment why I didn't do that commentary thing about episode five. Face it, I did, it was a boring episode. This one doesn't have that many 'WOW' moments either, but at least it was slightly more funny. That being said, Rarity's reveal in 'Sisterhooves' may have been the most shocking twist since Kaizer Soze (Lol, definitely fucked up that spelling). If you don't know who that is, please never revisit this blog again as what little respect I held for people over internet WENT UP IN SHAME AND SMOKE.

Some other news. Got Modern Warfare this weekend, got a friend to pick it up for me. It was mostly meh, like the other games. Not a big online gamer (Because I can't get it, Haha, my life sucks. /first world problems) but the campaign was pretty stellar. Pretty pissed how they killed off a lot of people and how short it was length-wise. Also, where the hell does Frost disappear to? Knowing Activision and their cheapness though, they'll be a fourth one with another batch of characters and a new bad guy who does something stupid that we have to stop. Also, did they change Markov's voice actor between MW2 an MW3 or am I an idiot. I dunno, these are forum questions. I'd rant more, but you guys may want to experience that for yourselves.

Alright, also saw The Walking Dead, which was good. Three episodes in a row to catch up on the ones I missed. Zombies are zombies, and while there has been a lot of downtime AND they're wasting episodes on a character no one cares about, watching brains get splatters amuses me.

...Shutup.
But yeah, they need to get some serious plot on the go, or else I'm going to lose interest. Hey, at least Glen got some action. Ifyouknowwhatimsaying. Heh.

Also need to pick up Skyrim and avoid spoilers as long as possible because that is one game I want to saviour and have sexy babies with.

... Yeah.

Next two MLP episodes are Rainbow Dash ones, so they'll definitely be more action-oriented and fast paced that the last two. That's about it for this week. Made a twitter for myself (like I actually plan on using it) as I scrape my way towards internet stardom (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH... I'm so lonely). You never know, maybe I'll actually come up with a good idea and write/draw/design/compose something. Whatever, I've got the next three decades of my life to skill build.

Today, I'm going to leave you with another Mic the Microphone video.

Now, this is a great song with a rhythm and beat that instantly addicted me. The insane voice acting also helped. It's currently repeating as I type. It may not be for everyone, but I really like this. Kudos to Mic and the Living Tombstone for excelling in areas that I dream I was as good at as they are. Since this is a taste-oriented video that you may or may not like, I'm also going to drop in another track. Bam!

Epic song, that's all I can say. Definitely one of the only musical groups I'm proud of to listen to. /music hipster.

Fanfiction of the day goes to... DUN DUN DA: Fallout Equestria. Everyone knows of this piece of art. It is one of the largest pieces of fiction, printed or not, to ever be written, and it is laced with quality all the way through.  ALL THE WAY. Characters that grow, plots that evolve and just detail that makes you feel insignificant as a person! It has it all! Here's the link: http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/04/story-fallout-equestria.html
Check out some of the side stories as well. They're also good.

Well, that's all I have for today. GET THE HELL OFF THE PAGE, YOU SOUL-SUCKING PARASITES. I love you all. Have an awesome one!

  3. New entry will be up tomorrow, and to make up for the lack of entries over the last week, it'll be a bit longer. Expect the usual; random writings, what I did, and my synopsis on the new episode.
